Other than it being IM day, I didn’t really have a focus on what I intended on doing. Work the IM strokes, swim some IM intervals, try not to die at the end. Those were my goals. I succeed in the first two. The last one? Well, I did pretty good, but I can’t say I didn’t die in butterfly. LOL
