4th-5th—25 fist closed/25 free

1st—odd 25s fist closed/even 25s free focusing on stroke technique
2nd—odd 25s 3/4 catchup drill/even 25s free focusing on stroke technique

2nd—25 least amount of strokes/25 free
3rd—25 10 side kicks face in water. Breathe when taking a stroke and switching to the other side/25 free
