It’s been a busy few days of editing, so I’m behind uploading my workouts. My brain was a little tired from all of the editing (scientific papers). This is why this workout was so simple. I didn’t want to have to think too much. Alas, I didn’t swim that fast either. LOL It still turned out to be a challenging workout.
50-minute swim workout, mid-distance day
500 warmup (~7:20 min)
Warmup set (600 yds, 10 min)
4 x 150 on 2:30
Main set 6x (1800 yds, 27:30 min)
100 on 1:35 — active recovery
200 on 3:00 — descend 1-3
250 warm down
Total yards: 3150
