The happy fellow greeted me as I walked into the pool this morning. It’s a great way to start a swim.
The first 400 felt pretty good. The 300s were also still on target. The 200s went to pot. LOL According to my Apple Watch, I swam the last 1000 straight. This is not true. It just means I had less than 10 seconds of rest. (sigh) We pushed the time to the last few seconds today. I think my first 400 was a 6:20, which is pretty good. It felt good. The 300s were 5:40. The 200s were . . . not worth mentioning. LOL The 100s were consistently around 1:30 until the last round of them. So, pretty good.
